Graduate Student

Chia-li is a first-year graduate student in the Developmental Psychology Program under the mentorship of Dr. Jenae Neiderhiser. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2019 with a B.S. in Psychology and completed an honors thesis in measurement-based care and behavioral health assessment. Chia-li’s current research focuses on how genetic (e.g., biological parent’s externalizing behaviors) and environmental factors (e.g., harsh parenting) affect the development of child externalizing disorders, with a special interest in callous-unemotional behaviors and conduct problems.
